Eagle Energy

Organizational Mission

The mission of Eagle Energy is to develop renewable energy generators and energy harvesters that enable the average consumer to build an energy independent lifestyle.

Vision

Our long-term vision for Eagle Energy is to develop a multi-faceted energy production system that would enable a small business or home to become energy independent and remove the need to be connected to the grid.

Operations

We will use an operations model that is based on the concept of bootstrapping a start up. To do this, we will select a technology that we feel is the closest to a prototype stage and focus the majority of our energy on that product to get a revenue stream up and running as fast and as cheaply as possible without sacrificing quality. In order to assist with setting milestones and standardizing the communication of the company, we will make use of the Technology Readiness Level system used by the Department of Defense and NASA (Appendix 1).

Product(s) Offered

Our initial product will be a wave energy harvester. The device will take naturally occurring wave energy in the ocean, and convert it to a usable source of electricity.

There are a few other products in conceptual/theory testing stage. These will be added to the product portfolio as they are determined viable.
